Our privately owned spacious villa is fully equipped and is full of character. Amenities include a bar in the Portuguese style lounge (not fully stocked) but you can buy your own chilled wine in the supermarket not far from our villa. A beautiful non over-looked pool including a baby pool and a shower by the poolside.

Fully Air Conditioned for those hot summer days and nights. A beautiful log fire in our traditional Portuguese winter room provides the perfect setting for those winter nights. Also Central heating is provided.

Barbecue on the terrace where the sun shines all day and late into the afternoon and early evening. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine cooker, microwave.

2 Championship golf courses are 2kms and 5kms away. Town 10 min drive. Beaches 10mins away. Carvoeiro tennis club 5/10minutes walk.

DVD player and CD player, TV and Radio and Video. Sky satellite with digibox so you can bring your own sky card and watch your favourite television

ACCOMMODATON AND FACILITIES A luxury family detached villa providing good facilities which include:- Bedrooms:

2 bedrooms on ground floor. 1 ensuite shower and 1 separate bathroom. 1 bedroom upstairs access from the semi spiral staircase complete with en-suite. Also upstairs are two sun terraces which offer complete privacy and amazing views.

No extra charges for cot/high chair.

Kitchen: Cooker, Hob & Grill. Fridge/Freezer. Washing Machine and Microwave.

Dining Room: Large dining room table and chairs. Bar (not stocked) with small sink.

Lounge: Duplex lounge with sofa and chairs to main part which include television, dvd and video recorder. If you have a SKY DIGITAL CARD then please bring this with you as you can install this into our system and watch your favourite programmes. Towards the end of the lounge is a small step down to a cosy seating area in the bay of villa and a beautiful traditional Portuguese fireplace.

Patio/Swimming Pool Area: Traditional bbq by patio and poolside shower. Swimming pool and baby pool. Sun loungers and a small sun terrace.

Note: There are steps to the front of our villa. Also the stairs up to the first floor are semi spiral and care should be taken when climbing or descending them. This adds to the tradition of our villa.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS ACROSS THE VALLEY TO THE SEA: There is plenty to do for all nearby. Two championship golf courses are close by. Carvoeiro Tennis Club which have a host of facilities is just a 5/10 minute walk away. Our villa is situated in a small cul de sac and away from noise at night from scooters and the like. Walking along the cliffs is a stunning way to start and finish a day as well as walking along the valley opposite our villa.
